What is a CREIA Real Estate Inspector?

CREIA Home inspectors also are expected to attend local CREIA chapter meetings and actively maintain a minimum of thirty Continuing Education Credits concerning residential Real Estate inspections.

The California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) is professional, voluntary, nonprofit public-benefit organization of real estate inspectors. Since 1976, CREIA has provided education, training and support services to its members and the real estate communities throughout California.
